6.2. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and are guaranteed only within the territory of Latvia. vairaviksne.lv is not liable for delays caused by postal service disruptions or force majeure events.
6.3. By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are authorized to use the credit or debit card used for the purchase, and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the goods. Prices of foreign products and services may fluctuate, and all prices advertised are subject to such changes.
7. Our Contract
7.1. Once your order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract between you and vairaviksne.lv will be formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Only the items listed in that confirmation email will be included in the contract.
8. Pricing and Availability
8.1. While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as canceled, and any payment made will be refunded in full.
8.2. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the quantity of items in your cart.
9. Payments
9.1. We accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. The total order price does not include customs duties or import taxes for international orders. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email with your order number and invoice. The original invoice will be included with your shipment.

10.1. Account Discount Codes: From time to time, account holders may receive discount codes applicable to purchases made while the offer is valid.

19.2. We expect all manufacturers and suppliers to comply with the labor laws of their respective countries, particularly regarding minimum working age, freely chosen employment, health and safety, humane treatment, freedom of association, non-discrimination, working hours, and fair compensation.
19.3. vairaviksne.lv will never knowingly source products from countries or suppliers that violate these principles.
20. Entire Agreement
20.1. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and vairaviksne.lv and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. Any waiver of these Terms shall be effective only if submitted in writing and signed by a member of the Board of SIA Metacomm.
