1. Products purchased on Vaira Vīksne website vairaviksne.lv may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the moment of receipt. Returns or exchanges are possible if the size is unsuitable, the product quality does not meet expectations, or if any defects are noticed upon receipt.
   
2. Vaira Vīksne is not responsible for defects that occur after the product has been handed over to the buyer, such as damage caused by improper use.
   
3. All products being returned must be carefully packed in their original packaging, without signs of wear or damage.
   

Vaira Vīksne reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a returned product if:

– the product has been used;

– the product has been damaged.

Products can be returned or exchanged by sending them to a parcel locker or in person at our office, by prior arrangement:

Brīvības gatve 323, Riga, LV-1006, 2nd floor.

Refunds

If all conditions of the right of withdrawal are met, the payment for the order will be refunded within 30 days after the product has been returned.

We refund the full amount paid (excluding delivery costs). The refund will be transferred to the same payment card used for the purchase.
