Order
How quickly do you ship orders?
All orders are printed and shipped within 1–3 business days, not including the day the order was placed. We always do our best to process each order as quickly as possible!
Is it possible to pick up the item in person?
Yes, you can place an order with the local pickup option. Your order will be prepared for pickup within 1–3 business days, not including the day the order was placed. The pickup location is at Brīvības Gatve 323, 3rd floor.
Please note that local pickup is available only in Latvia.
What should I do if I entered incorrect delivery information?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please inform us at info@vairaviksne.lv so we can correct the details in time. If the order is already on its way, you will need to wait until it is redirected to your address.
Please carefully check your address before confirming your order. We process orders strictly according to the information provided.
Do you process orders on weekends?
No, we process orders on business days only.
What is the status of my order?
We process all orders within 3 business days, not including the day the order was placed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please remember that we handle orders on business days only.

Exchanges & Returns
What should I do if I want to exchange the size?
Please contact us at info@vairaviksne.lv to let us know about the return and to check the availability of the desired size. Once we receive the item you sent back, we will ship the size you requested.
Can I return an item?
You may return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the item has not been used and is in its original condition. Before sending the item back, please contact us at info@vairaviksne.lv.
How long do I have to exchange or return an item?
You can exchange or return an item within 30 days.
Payments
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers.
Can I combine discount codes?
Discount codes cannot be combined!
Materials & Care
What materials are your clothing items made from?
All clothing items (except hats) are made from certified, eco-friendly materials — organic cotton.
How should I properly care for and wash organic cotton?
To extend the life of your garment and its design, we recommend washing it at 30°C and turning it inside out before washing.
Are your products certified?
The garments we print on carry the following certifications:
• Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)
• STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®
• PETA-Approved Vegan
• Global Recycled Standard (GRS) — applicable to products that contain recycled materials, such as recycled polyester.
